Strategic Healthy Habits & Accountability 

During your on-boarding we will come up with the 3 most important habits that you need to be focused on to improve your mindset and successfully help you make healthier food choices. I will be holding you to a high standard. The entire focus is on getting you to a healthy weight and creating a healthy long term lifestyle. That’s why I keep you accountable to your goals by doing weekly check ins which helps us know what is working and what is not. You can expect me to take before and after pics and for us to take measurements every 2 weeks. 

Custom Nutrition Plan

This is one of the MAJOR components of working with a trainer… what to EAT. During this program I will educate you on the most important foods to live a healthy balanced life. You will be given a one on one nutrition assessment every 4 Weeks to establish what foods your body is currently needing, at what time and what habits will get you the results you want.

Metabolic Strength Training

During the next 12 Weeks you will get a fat burning strength building workout plan that is based around your ability and your goals. Based off your goals and schedule I will help you decide every how many days and minutes of exercise you need to complete. I will modify things every 4 Weeks as you become stronger and lose weight. I strive to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next to successfully help you hit your specific health goals.
